Chettinad Prawn pepper masala

Chettinad Prawn pepper masala: Prawn has good amount of Selenium. It is good for heart since it has Omega 3 acids. Its good for teeth and bones. In Tamil it is called as Iral. In western it is called as Shrimp. There are many varieties of Prawns available in the market. Little size to Lobster size. Now we will make Chettinad prawn pepper Curry.


Prawn/Shrimp/Iral – 300gm

Tomato – 1

Onion – 1

Garlic pods – 3

Dry Red chilli – 2

Cinnamon – ½ inch

Cloves – 4

Green cardamon - 2

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
